MyTreks.ai helps students explore their strengths, discover career paths, and build essential skills through a gamified coaching and counseling experience. Students complete structured journeys that guide their personal and career development.
How does coaching and counseling work on the app?
All coaching and career counseling sessions are part of a gamified journey. Students complete interactive milestones (tiles) that make the learning experience engaging and goal-driven.
What kind of mentorship does MyTreks.ai offer?
Students can unlock up to four mentorship sessions per year with industry professionals. They can work with one mentor across multiple sessions or different mentors for varied experiences.
How are mentorship sessions scheduled?
Students submit their preferred mentors (up to four) and their availability. Our team coordinates with the mentors and schedules the sessions. Students receive email notifications with meeting details.
What happens during a mentorship session?
Students prepare questions ahead of time and engage in personalized conversations focused on career insights, goal setting, and advice. Each session is guided by the student’s submissions and completed tasks.
Can students switch mentors?
Yes! Students can request to switch mentors if they feel a different perspective would better support their journey.
What age group is this platform designed for?
MyTreks.ai is designed for middle and high school students—primarily 8th through 12th grade—who are preparing for their future career paths.
How are points earned on the platform?
Points are earned by completing activities, engaging in mentorship sessions, participating in coaching and counseling sessions, and submitting reflections. Points unlock new milestones and rewards.
Is there a mobile app available?

Is there a parent version of the app?
Yes! Parents can also access the app where they can view their student’s entire journey, track progress, and stay involved in their career exploration.
Are parents part of meetings and sessions?
Parents are invited to attend some career counseling and coaching sessions. However, mentorship sessions between students and mentors are private to foster open conversations.
Are all interactions between students, mentors, coaches, and counselors recorded?
Yes, all sessions are recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, safety, and future reference.
